After Chris's football and athletic careers came to an end in 2013, he was inspired to start training people to teach them how to live healthier and functional lifestyles, regardless of age and ability.  This vision of helping others soon became a reality and Chris started to train and work with clients in Winnipeg, Canada. In time, Chris moved from Winnipeg to Utica, New York, where his passion became a profession.  Chris started TheDeal Fitness and slowly developed a client base that kept him busy 7 days a week working with people of all ages and abilities.  In 2018 Chris relocated back to Manassas, Virginia, and continues to improve the lives of those that work with him.

Chris now trains people to live  not only active lifestyles with functional training, but to also obtain a stronger mind and body. This is not just Chris' job, but it is also his life. The lifestyle change into fitness and self-awareness helps his clients see the benefits of good physical and mental health, which in turn leads to longevity. Chris wants to show you that you are much more than you think you are! TheDeal Fitness inspires people to change their lives to become stronger and more active.
